Notice of Passing - Development Charges By-law 2024-21 and By-law 2024-25
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Township of East Zorra-Tavistock passed By-law #2024-21 on the 5th day of June, 2024, and By-law #2024-25 (to amend By-law #2024-21) on the 19th day of June, 2024, both under Section 2(1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, as amended;
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or organization may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) under section 14 of the Act, in respect of By-law #2024-21 by filing with the Clerk of the Township of East Zorra-Tavistock on or before the 15th day of July, 2024, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By-law, the reasons supporting the objection and must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
The schedule of development charges imposed under By-law #2024-21, which came into effect as of June 13, 2024, is as follows:
The schedule of development charges imposed under By-law #2024-25 replaces the schedule of charges under By-Law #2024-21. These charges came into effect on as of June 20, 2024, and are as follows:
By-laws #2024-21 and #2024-25 are available for examination at the Township of East Zorra-Tavistock Administration Building, 89 Loveys Street, Hickson, Ontario, during regular office hours, or by contacting Township Clerk Will Jaques at wjaques@ezt.ca
