- Staff Report #CIO2024-09 Municipal Alcohol Policy Update was presented to Council for discussion and approved.
- By-law 2024-21 - Development Charges, By-law 2024-22 User Fees and Charges (Amend Schedule "A"), and By-law 2024-23 Zoning By-law ZN2-24-01, were presented to Council and approved.

Council reviewed and approved the zone change application below:
- Application for Zone Change ZN2-24-01. 715649 Oxford Road 4. Request to rezone the subject lands from ‘Agri-Business Zone (AB)’ to ‘Special Agri-Business Zone (AB-sp).
