Council Meeting Agenda Summary - October 16, 2024

Council meets next on Wednesday October 16, 2024 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Township Administration Building at 89 Loveys Street, Hickson, Ontario. 

Agenda Summary:

1. Council will receive correspondence regarding Oxford County's Automated Speed Enforcement update, and the Rural Oxford Economic Development Corporation's June to September activity report. 
2. Council will review the 2025 ROMA conference details. 
3. The results of the Recreation Advisory Committee's project to determine the communities' priorities will be presented to Council. 
4. Staff report CAO-2024-09 Monthly report will be reviewed by Council. 
5. By-law #2024-40 to appoint the new Integrity Commissioner and Closed Meeting Investigator will be presented for consideration.
