Council Meeting Agenda Summary - November 20, 2024

Council meets next on Wednesday October 20, 2024 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Township Administration Building at 89 Loveys Street, Hickson, Ontario. The meeting livestream is also available on the Township's website.

The video hyperlink will become available once a meeting is being livestreamed. The livestream link will be available approximately 5 minutes before a meeting is scheduled to start. 

Recordings will be posted within the next day following meetings.

1. A public meeting will be held to discuss the Draft Plan of Subdivision and zone change for 2825085 Ontario Inc. regarding the property on the north side of Woodstock Street South between Wilton and Bauer Streets.
2. Oxford County Community Planning will present a report outlining proposed amendments to the Township's Zoning By-law as a result of the 2022 Oxford County Official Plan Amendment. 
3. Staff reports will be presented for:
   1. Emergency Management Program Update
   2. Innerkip Stormwater Master Plan Project Update
   3. Renaming of Zorra/East Zorra-Tavistock Line
   4. Monthly CAO/Treasury Report 
4. By-law #2024-45 will be presented for consideration regarding the Emergency Management Program update.
