Council Meeting Agenda Summary - November 15, 2023

Council meets next on Wednesday November 15, 2023 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Innerkip Community Centre, 695566 17th Line, Innerkip, Ontario.

Agenda Summary:

1. Council will consider the Tavistock Royal's exception request to the Municipal Alcohol Policy. 
2. Consideration will be given to supporting the correspondence received from Safe and Well Oxford regarding Intimate Partner Violence. 
3. Oxford County Community Planning will be presenting information about the Official Plan Review (Environmental Policies). 
4. Staff reports will be received, with highlights including:
   1. An update on the memorial tree program
   2. An update on the upcoming EZTransit pilot program
   3. Discontinuation of the vacant unit rebate program
   4. 2024 salary CPI calculations
   5. 2024 OPP billing estimates
5. By-laws will be presented for approval concerning the Tavistock Minor Ball Agreement and the Vacancy Rebate Program opt-out.
