Council Meeting Agenda Summary - March 6, 2024

Council meets next on Wednesday March 6, 2024 at 9:00am. The meeting will be held at the Township Administration Building at 89 Loveys Street, Hickson, Ontario. 

Agenda Summary:

1. Council will consider the Tavistock Royal's exception request to the Municipal Alcohol Policy. 
2. Representatives from Watson and Associates Economists Ltd. will present the Development Charges Background Study. 
3. A delegation from ProWind Renewables is scheduled.
4. A delegation regarding Wind Concerns is scheduled. 
5. The following by-laws will be presented for approval:
   • By-law 2024-08 2024 Budget and Tax Rate By-law
   • By-law 2024-09 Innerkip Minor Ball Agreement
   • By-law 2024-10 Hickson Sports and Recreation Agreement
6. In conjunction with Town Hall Consulting, staff and Council will participate in a Strategic Planning Session.
