Council Meeting Agenda Summary - March 20, 2024

Council meets next on Wednesday March 20, 2024 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Township Administration Building at 89 Loveys Street, Hickson, Ontario. 

Agenda Summary:

1. Council will receive the November 2023-January 2024 Rural Oxford Economic Development Corporation Report, as well as Oxford County's 2023 Annual Transportation System Performance Report. 
2. Staff reports will be presented to Council, with highlights including: 
1. A Social Media Policy
2. A Flag Policy 
3. 2024 Granular 'A' Resurfacing Bid Award 
4. CAO-Treasury Report
3. By-law 2024-12 will be presented to Council regarding the appointment of  a Deputy Clerk. 
4. A discussion will be held regarding the merits of the Township considering a policy regulating outdoor commercial sidewalk patios.
