Council Meeting Agenda Summary - June 19, 2024

Council meets next on Wednesday June 19, 2024 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Township Administration Building at 89 Loveys Street, Hickson, Ontario. 

Agenda Summary:

1. A delegation from the Oxford Safe and Well Committee will present to council with an update on their work.
2. Council will review and consider Minor Variance Application A-1-2024 for 715649 Oxford Road 4.

3. Correspondence outlining the recent Provincial changes to Development Charges as of June 6, 2024 will be presented to Council for action with respect to the amended Development Charges By-Law for passage at this meeting. 

4. Staff reports will be presented with information pertaining to the EZTransit pilot, CAO and Treasury reporting, and the Oxford Rural Detachment (OPP) Joint Board.
