Council Meeting Agenda Summary - July 5, 2023

Council meets next on Wednesday July 5, 2023 at 9:00am. The meeting will be held at the Innerkip Community Centre, 695566 17th Line, Innerkip, Ontario.

Agenda Summary:

1. A Court of Revision will be held for the McLean Drain 2023. 
2. Council will consider a Minor Variance application for 65 Young Street, Innerkip. 
3. Council will review and consider Staff Report CIO2023-04 for the Tavistock Spray Pad Bid Award. 
4. Council will receive the Building Department report, which includes updates on the Tavistock and Innerkip Master Drainage Plans. 
5. The Public Works Department staff report will be presented. Highlights include:
   • Annual sign inspection and replacements
   • Speed radar trailer 
   • Arena change room painting, and new chiller status 
   • Speed reports for Coleman Street, Holley Avenue, 16th Line at Cassel, and Braemar Sideroad
6. By-laws will be considered for the Tavistock Drain 1 Abandonment, Zoning By-law Amendment for Additional Residential Units, and the McLean Drain 2023.
