Agenda Summary:
- Council will receive the September to November report from the Rural Oxford Economic Development Corporation.
- Information will be received regarding the 2024 Good Roads Conference.
- WSP Consultants will provide their technical evaluation reports for Phase 2 of the Secondary Plan project for the Township, and will present their findings indicating the lands recommended to be included in the Settlement Area Boundary Expansions for Tavistock and Innerkip.
- A staff report CAO23-18 Treasury Reporting, will provide information updates on the transit pilot project, 2024 Budget plans, Ontario Infrastructure funding, and the annual Treasurer's statement for Development Charges and Cash in Lieu of Parkland.
- The following by-laws will be presented for approval:
- 2023-38 2024 Borrowing By-law
- 2023-39 2024 Interim Tax Levy By-law
- 2023-40 2024 Committee of Adjustment
- 2023-41 Tavistock Men's Club Concession Booth Agreement
- 2023-42 2024 User Fees and Charges
