3. A delegation from Shirley McCall-Hanlon is scheduled regarding a memorial forest. 
4. Meeting minutes will be received and discussed for the Police Services Board and the inaugural meeting of the Recreation Advisory Committee. 
5. Monthly staff reports for Building and Drainage, Public Works, and the Fire Department will be presented and discussed.
