The List of Certified Candidates running for Municipal Council this October is now available. The Municipal Election will be held on Monday October 24, 2022.

2022 Municipal Election - Nomination Day

The nomination deadline is fast approaching. As of today, there is one week left to file your nomination as a Candidate for the upcoming Municipal Election. The deadline to file is 2:00 pm on Friday, August 19, 2022.
Candidates for Council must submit the signatures of 25 eligible voters to endorse their nomination with the necessary paperwork. Interested Candidates can email our Clerk, Will Jaques or call 519-462-2697 ext. 7824 to book an appointment to file or for more information.

2022 Final Tax Bills

The 2022 Final Tax Bills have been mailed out and residents should begin receiving them by Canada Post.
The 2022 Final Tax Bill due dates are Wednesday August 31, 2022 and Monday October 31, 2022.

Tavistock Pop Up Vaccine Clinic

Southwestern Public Health is hosting a pop up vaccine clinic on Thursday July 21, 2022 at Memorial Hall in Tavistock from 9:30am to 3:30pm for anyone who wants to receive a first, second or booster dose of the COVID-19 Vaccine. No appointment is necessary, walks in are welcome.

COVID-19 Vaccine Second Boosters

Southwestern Public Health will begin offering COVID-19 vaccine second boosters (or 4th doses) to individuals between the ages of 18 and 59 starting today.
The dates, times and locations of scheduled clinics are updated daily at www.swpublichealth.ca/covid19vaccine
Appointments are not available; vaccination is by walk-in only.
