Council Meeting Agenda Summary - September 20, 2023

Council meets next on Wednesday September 20, 2023 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Innerkip Community Centre, 695566 17th Line, Innerkip, Ontario.

Agenda Summary:

1. Council will receive information regarding the new Tavistock Well Supply public consultation to be held on September 26, 2023. 
2. Council will consider Zoning By-law Amendments for application ZN2-23-04, municipally known as 615899 13th Line and application ZN2-23-06, municipally known as 844944 Braemar Sideroad. 
3. Council will consider a Minor Variance application for 182 Blandford Street. The application (#A-6-2023) was previously deferred at the September 6, 2023 Regular Meeting of Council. 
4. Scrimgeour and Company will present the Draft 2022 Consolidated Financial Statements for the Township.
5. A delegation from the Tavistock Royals seeking an exemption to the Municipal Alcohol Policy will be presented to Council. 
6. A request for the abandonment of the Ross Drain 1894 will be considered by Council. 
7. Council will review and consider Staff Report CIO2023-05 for the Strategic Plan bid award. 
8. Council will review and consider Staff Report CIO2023-06 for the Stormwater Management Master Plan for the Village of Innerkip bid award. 
9. Various staff departmental reports will be presented, including Parks and Recreation, By-law, Corporate Services, and Treasury.
