**REMINDER** Compliance Date for Installation/Replacement of CO Alarms

Owners, landlords and property managers are reminded that today is the compliance date for carbon monoxide (CO) alarm installation and replacement requirements. This second of two phased-in installation/replacement dates applies to existing buildings containing more than six residential occupancy suites.
